Product overview
Fluorine lined gate valve is one of the most common on-off valves. Wedge plunger is used to seal or cut off the medium in the pipe. Wedge gate valves do not allow a small number of openings to be used as throttling devices in the pipeline to avoid high speed. The flowing medium erodes and accelerates the damage of sealing surface. FEP (F46), PCTFE (F3) lining fluorine gate valve is suitable for aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids and strong oxidants in - 50 ° C ~ 150 ° C. FEP is also suitable for pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.
Product Features
1. The valve body has two shapes: round body for GB valve, flat body for ANSI class valve DN ≤ 300 mm, round body for DN ≥ 400 mm, and lining FEP (F46) and other parts directly in contact with medium, such as inner cavity of valve body and cover, outer surface of gate and valve rod, etc;
2. The sealing pair is composed of FPF (F46) / FEP (F46) or other materials, with small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;
3. PTFE (F4) standard packing is used for packing, with good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement;
4. The elastic gate can compensate the wedge angle deviation between the sealing surface of the gate and the sealing surface of the valve seat, with good coincidence and ideal sealing effect;
5. The medium can pass through the gate valve in any direction from both sides, which is suitable for the opening and closing device on the pipeline where the medium direction may change.
