Self-operated nitrogen seal control valve, also known as storage tank nitrogen sealing valve, is mainly used for constant control of nitrogen pressure at the top of storage tank. The self operated nitrogen sealed regulating valve is a kind of valve core which does not need external energy and uses the pressure of regulated medium to control the change of valve core position, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic regulation and pressure stability, so as to protect the materials in the tank from nitriding and the safety of the storage tank. When the pressure in the tank rises to the set pressure, the quick relief valve will open quickly to release the excess pressure in the tank.

When the pressure in the tank decreases, open the valve and fill the tank with nitrogen. Since the micro pressure control valve must be used under the pressure of 0.1MPa and the site pressure is high, v230y pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure of the pressure regulating valve to below 0.1MPa before it can be used. The nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, the pressure can be set in sections, from 0.5kpa to below 66kpa, and the medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃.
