KPF Static balance valve is a kind of regulating valve with special functions. It has good flow characteristics, can reasonably distribute flow, realize flow quantitative,and can effectively solve the problem of uneven temperature and heat in heating (air conditioning) system. As the valve is equipped with opening indication, opening locking device and small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement, as long as the balance valve of appropriate specification is installed at each branch and user inlet, and the special intelligent instrument is locked after one-time debugging, the total water volume of the system is controlled within a reasonable range, so as to overcome the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference". This product is an ideal product in heating system. The valve can be installed on both the water supply pipe and the return pipe. Generally, we suggest that it should be installed on the return pipe. Especially for the high temperature loop,for the convenience of debugging, it should be installed on the return pipe. The water supply (return) pipe installed with the balance valve does not need to be equipped with a stop valve.
Product Features
1. Under the condition of uninterrupted operation, the unique function of the valve, such as blowdown of upper and lower membrane chambers and troubleshooting of self powered shaft, can eliminate common faults, improve the reliability and practicability of operation, and make the property management department do not have to suffer from complaints.
2. It has the function of stop valve in the normal pressure range of heating system (P < 0.5MPa), so only the price difference of balance valve minus stop valve should be considered when purchasing.
3. The structure length adopts the optimized length series of national standard stop valve, which is more convenient for design and installation.
4. Reasonable design, precise processing, special spring to control the flow or pressure difference error within 5%.
5. All functions can be realized through the upper part of the spindle, independent of the valve body, and easy to keep warm.
6. The special adjustment tool simplifies the adjustment workload, and non staff can not adjust it by themselves, which is more safe and reliable.
