API Lug Butterfly Valve

API Lug butterfly valve is a high performance butterfly valve designed and manufactured according to the current American Standard API609. The valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric conical seat sealing pair, and the butterfly plate seal adopts a new type of metal sheet embedded on the butterfly plate, which is consistent with the valve seat. The butterfly plate is used to rotate and compress the seal, so the friction resistance of the sealing surface is small, and the closer the seal is closed, the more reliable the sealing performance is. When the sealing is opened, the seal is completely separated from contact and the sealing surface is not damaged. The main structural features of 815w, 830w and 860W butterfly valves are clip on and flange triple eccentric structures, while the main structural features of 815l and 830l Series Butterfly valves are the single flange structure with screw hole and lug around the valve body.
