Flange Multi-layer metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts precise J-shaped elastic sealing ring and tri-eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure, and is widely used in industrial pipelines such as gold repairing, power supply, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction with medium temperature < 425 C for regulating flow and carrying-off fluids.The valve is made of different hardness and stainless steel with triple eccentric structure. It has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The product meets the pressure test standard of GB/T13927-92 valve.
Product Features
1. The valve adopts tri-eccentric sealing structure, with almost no wear on the seat and butterfly plate and tighter sealing function as viewed.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the double advantages of hard metal seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life under low and high temperature conditions.
3. The disc plate sealing surface is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. Large size butterfly plate is constructed with a frame with high strength, large overcurrent area and small flow resistance.
5. The valve has two-way sealing function. It can be installed in any direction without restriction of media flow direction or influence of space position.
6. The driving device can be installed at multiple stations (90 or 180 degrees rotation) for user convenience.
